Welcome to the Tim Reynish Website Updated 1st October 2004
Many thanks to those who have written with news, information, constructive criticism and proposals. It certainly is a lot of fun surfing through the vast amount of material currently on the web. If you have news for the November update, please get it to me by 10th November at timreynish@tiscali.co.uk CBDNA Conference programmes are out, and I would urge everyone who can to get to New York February 24 - 27 for what promises to be an extraordinary festival of wind music. Point your mouse on CBDNA and you should find details of nine concerts, thirty seven works with no less than seven world premieres. We await the WASBE programmes for July with excitement – what a year 2005 should be. Meanwhile, information is available on two conducting courses for next summer, on three conferences, four new publications from Maecenas, five composers who have significant birthdays, and so on. In the news, you will find two famous military bands going to the wall, while another civilian band books a very distinguished conductor for next season….you win some, you lose some. Have a good Fall or Spring!
